Ingredients

2 tsp horseradish, prepared

1 tsp fresh chives, or green onions,, snipped or sliced thinly

4 tbsp sour cream

3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

3 bagels, sliced in half

8 oz roast beef, thinly sliced

8 oz swiss cheese slices

2 oz mixed lettuce leaves

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix horseradish, chives, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread 1 tablespoon butter on one bagel half followed by 1 tablespoon horseradish mixture on the other half.

Portion the roast beef, cheese, and lettuce equally among the 3 bagel halves.

Top each slice with another bagel half. Serve.
