Ingredients
1½ cups broccoli florets
1½ cups carrots
1½ cups cauliflower florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place the vegetables onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle oil and spices over them.
Toss to combine.
Bake vegetables for 20 minutes or until tender. Serve hot!
