Ingredients
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup water
4 large tomatoes, peeled, quartered
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt, seasoned
dash pepper
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, combine the tomatoes, sugar, butter, seasoned salt, and pepper.
Cover and bring to boil, stirring frequently.
In a smaller saucepan, combine cornstarch and water, mix until smooth.
Stir into the tomato mixture.
Cover and cook five minutes longer or until thickened and bubbly.
