Ingredients

2lbssalmon,finely diced

1small yellow onion,finely diced

¾cuppanko bread crumbs

1green bell pepper,finely diced

3clovesgarlic,minced

1egg,beaten

1tbspsoy sauce

1tsplemon juice

½tspsalt

1cupmayonnaise

2clovesfresh garlic,minced

1tspbasil,dried

1tsplemon juice

1tspdijon mustard

½tsplemon pepper

Preparation

Combine salmon, onion, bread crumbs, green bell pepper, garlic, egg, soy sauce, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl; mix until evenly blended. Shape salmon mixture into 8 patties.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon patties for 4 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown.

Whisk mayonnaise, garlic, basil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and lemon pepper in a bowl until well mixed.

Serve mayonnaise mixture with salmon patties, toppings, and buns. Enjoy!
