10 cups watermelon, or combination of summer melons, such as watermelon, cantaloupe or honeydew, cubed
½ cup white wine
¼ cup orange juice
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
½ tsp McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
Place melon cubes in serving bowl.
Combine wine, orange juice, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour over melon and toss gently.
Chill 1 to 4 hours before serving.
