Ingredients

2 cups Brussel sprouts, quartered

1 cup sausage, sliced

4 ½ cups chicken broth

2 tbsp red pepper, crushed

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 onion, chopped

½ cup rotisserie chicken, sliced

1 cup celery, sliced

1 cup carrots, sliced

1 cup cauliflower, sliced

salt

pepper

Preparation

Put the chicken, sausage, and vegetables in the slow cooker.

Pour in the broth and add the crushed pepper and a dash of salt and pepper.

Stir each hour and cook on medium for 3 ½ hours.

Lower the heat and cook for 1 more hour.
