Ingredients

1 lb sausage, such as Jimmy Dean

10 oz tomatoes and green chilies, (1 can), Rotel, diced and undrained

8 oz cream cheese, (1 package), cut into pieces

Preparation

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain.

Add the Rotel and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until cheese melts.

Serve warm with tortilla chips.
