1 lb shrimp, deveined and shelled

1 ½ cup celery, diced

1 ¼ cup onion, chopped

¾ cup bell pepper, chopped

8 oz tomato sauce

28 oz whole tomatoes

1 clove garlic , or 1 tsp garlic salt or ¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp pepper

6 drops Tabasco, optional

Combine all ingredients except shrimp.

Cook for 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low.

Add shrimp on the last hour of cooking.

Serve over hot rice.
