Ingredients

1 ⅔ cup flour

3 bananas

⅔ cup sugar

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla

⅔ cup butter

½ tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

pinch salt

⅓ cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp. oats

⅓ cup pecans, chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Line a muffin tray with liners.

Mash bananas in a bowl.

Add sugar, egg, vanilla, and melted butter

In another bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Combine both bowls and stir evenly.

Pour batter into muffin tins.

In a bowl, mix together remaining flour, brown sugar, butter, oats and pecans and stir.

Use mixture to cover each muffin.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
