6 bratwursts

6 brat buns

sauerkraut

onions, chopped

condiments, of choice

Preparation

Heat the smoker to 225 degrees F and add wood chips.

Place brats inside the smoker and let cook until the interior of the brat reaches 160 degrees F. This should take 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Serve immediately with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
