Southern Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb sausage

2 bags tater tots

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

2 cups cheese, any kind, shredded

Brown sausage in skillet until done.

In a separate bowl, stir together first 4 ingredients until combined.

Pour ½ mixture into 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese, pour remaining mixture and cover with cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
