2 cup zucchini, grated

1/2 cup cocoa

2 1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup milk

3 eggs

2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

2 1/2 tsp. baking soda

3/4 cup margarine

2 cup sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

3/4 tsp. nutmeg

2 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour pan.

Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl cream butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Add eggs to the light and fluffy mixture. Mix well.

Alternately add dry ingredients with milk, beginning and ending with flour.

Beat until well blended.

Bake 2 round cake pans 30-35 minutes or bake a bundt pan 1 hour.

Top with favorite frosting.
