Ingredients

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

¼ cup light mayonnaise

3 tbsp horseradish, prepared

3 tbsp parsley, fresh, minced

3 tbsp milk

½ tsp yellow mustard, prepared

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

salt and ground white pepper, to taste

½ oz accompaniment, per serving

Preparation

In a food processor or blender, puree all your ingredients until smooth.

Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with raw vegetables, chips or crackers.
