Ingredients
10 oz spinach, (1 box), frozen, chopped , cooked and squeezed dry
16 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup light Mayonnaise
vegetable mix, (1 package)
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation
Place the spinach, yogurt, mayonnaise, vegetable mix, and green onions in a blender or food processor.
Puree until it forms a smooth consistency.
Garnish with green onions and serve with a side of chips or crackers!
