Ingredients

10 fl oz frozen spinach, 1 box, chopped, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry

16 fl oz sour cream, 1 container

1 cup real mayonnaise, Hellmann’s or Best Foods

1 vegetable recipe mix, Knorr

8 fl oz water chestnuts, 1 can, drained and chopped (optional)

3 green onions, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours. Serve with favorite dippers.
