Ingredients
3 lbs clams
1 lbs shrimp
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup butter, cubed
Preparation
Prep: Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
Take 2 long pieces of foil, lay them on top of each other. Long enough to wrap around the clams and shrimp.
Use ½ of your cubed butter then lay it on top of the foil then add the shrimp and clams.
Add minced garlic on top.
Then add the rest of your butter, a pinch of salt, and two pinches of pepper.
Wrap up sides over clams and shrimp.
Turning edges over twice to create a bag around clams and shrimp.
Place on the barbecue, rotate over twice every ten minutes.
