Ingredients

3 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped

1 cup okra, sliced fresh or frozen

¼ cup onion, chopped

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp butter

½ tsp salt

Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients.

Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, then simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy!
