Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. molasses, unsulfured
4 cups strawberries, hulled, and halved (if large)
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and molasses until smooth.
Divide strawberries between four bowls and top with sour cream sauce.
Drizzle remaining molasses over servings.
