1 white cake mix
3 tbsp flour
3 eggs
¾ cup cooking oil
¾ cup water
⅓ oz strawberry jello
½ cup strawberries, frozen or fresh, sliced
For Icing:
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 ½ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp strawberries, crushed
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or in a 9x13 cake pan for 30 minutes.
To make icing, combine butter, powdered sugar and strawberries. Drizzle over warm cake. Decorate cake with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
