Ingredients

1lblean ground beef

½cupbreadcrumbs

1large egg,slightly beaten

¼cupketchup

1tspsteak seasoning,or seasoned salt

4slicegouda cheese

4sliceham,thinly sliced

2tbspbarbecue sauce

1tbspdried parsley

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper or baking liner.

In a medium-size bowl, mix together beef, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, and seasoning. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.

Lay out a 15-inch piece of wax paper or aluminum foil. Pat out meatloaf mixture onto the paper and form a large rectangle. Leaving about 1-inch around the edges, lay out ham slices on top of meat. Top with the slices of cheese.

Roll jelly roll style the long way and bring all edges together. Press all edges in so there is no ham or cheese sticking out of the sides.

Place the loaf seam-side down onto the lined baking sheet. Drizzle barbecue sauce over the meatloaf and sprinkle with parsley.

Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until juices run clear and meatloaf is cooked through. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into serving pieces.

Serve and enjoy.
