Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
1 can tomato sauce, (28 oz)
28 oz tomatoes, (diced) undrained
2 cups long grain white rice, cooked
2 cups green pepper, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Preparation
In a large saucepan or Dutch Oven, brown beef; drain.
Add remaining ingredients: bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
