5 pcs portabella mushroom caps
1 lb ground beef, extra lean
1 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp pizza seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tbsp onion flakes
4 tbsp spaghetti sauce
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup Mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brush any particles from mushrooms with a brush or paper towel.
Cut off stems and chop to add to ground beef mixture.
Ground beef mixture:
Brown ground beef with mushroom stems, onion flakes, salt, garlic powder, Italian or pizza seasoning.
Stir often to keep meat from clumping.
It should be the consistency of tacos or sloppy joes.
Add spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese to the meat, stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stuff meat filling into caps, slightly packing it.
Place mushroom caps top down on cookie sheet lined with foil.
Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese and bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
