Ingredients
1cupgranulated sugar,plus additional 2 tbsp
½cupcold water,plus additional 1 tbsp
6tbspwhite vinegar
1½tbspred wine vinegar
1tbsparrowroot
1tbsponion flakes,minced
2½tspdijon mustard
2½tspmustard powder
¾tspcelery salt
¾tspfresh onion juice
¾tsppoppy seed
½tsponion salt
¼tspgarlic salt,plus additional ⅛ tsp
¼tsppaprika,plus additional ⅛ tsp
¼tspblack pepper,plus additional ⅛ tsp
2dropssesame oil
Preparation
Whisk sauce ingredients together in a small saucepan.
Bring mixture to boiling while whisking constantly. Reduce heat to low simmer, stirring, for about 5 minutes until thickened and flavorful.
Allow to cool, then refrigerate in a sealed container.
Serve as a dressing for sandwiches or salads and enjoy!
