Ingredients

½ orange, juiced

1 cup low-sodium soy sauce, if you like

1 tsp orange zest

fresh ground black pepper

½ tsp ground ginger

2 tbsp canola oil

4 chicken thighs, or your favorite cut

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer is better).

Grill or broil until done!
