Ingredients
28 oz sweetened condensed milk, (2 cans)
4 cups heavy whipping cream
⅓ cup powdered sugar
2 ripe avocados
2 cup chocolate chips, optional
Preparation
Using a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks start to form. Set aside.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into another bowl. Set aside.
With a fork, mash the avocado then mix it with the sweetened condensed milk.
Add in the sugar.
Gently fold the heavy cream into the milk and avocado mixture.
Mix in the chocolate chips if desired and let it freeze overnight.
