Ingredients
2 healthy waffles, toasted
½ cup Greek yogurt, unsweetened
¼ cup sweet cherries, frozen
2 tbsp coconut, unsweetened, shredded
3 tbsp cherry preserve
Preparation
Defrost the cherries using your microwave’s defrost setting.
Alternatively, you could heat them at 5-second intervals for about 20 seconds.
Mix the yogurt and preserve together in a bowl.
Fold in the cherries.
Top the waffles with the cherry yogurt mixture and then top with shredded coconut. Enjoy!
