Ingredients
3 cups sweet potatoes
1 tbsp butter
½ cup cream
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 cup marshmallows
½ cup pecans, chopped
Preparation
Bake potatoes with skin on, peel and mash.
Add butter, cream, brown sugar, egg and salt; mix well.
Add nuts and put in greased 1 quart baking dish and top with marshmallows.
Bake 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown on the top.
