Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1 sweet green pepper, chopped

2 cups pasta sauce

4 cups wagon wheel pasta

⅓ cup sour cream

⅓ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

12 tortilla chips

Preparation

In a large skillet, brown beef over med-high heat, breaking up with back of spoon, until no longer pink.

Drain off any fat.

Add chili powder, dried oregano and chopped green pepper; cook for 1 min.

Pour in pasta sauce; simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.

Add pasta to sauce and meat.

Toss to coat.

Serve garnished with sour cream, cheese and chips.
