Ingredients

½ cup butter

1 small garlic clove , minced

1 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp lemon rind, grated

1 tsp dry tarragon

Preparation

In a sauce pan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the garlic, lemon juice and lemon rind, mixing well.

Add in the tarragon and allow flavors to blend overnight.

Use on fish or other seafood.
