Ingredients
3 scoops vanilla ice cream, roughly 2 cups
¼ cup butterscotch syrup
4 oz cake of your choice, cubed
4 oz mixed fruits of your choice, fresh, chopped, or drained canned fruit cocktail
¼ oz whipped cream, per serving
⅛ oz cherry, per serving
1 tbsp popcorn, per serving
Preparation
In a tall glass, add the following in this order: 1 scoop ice cream, 2 tablespoons of butterscotch syrup, and 2 ounces each of cake and fruits.
Repeat until you have another layer of ice cream, syrup, cake, and fruits.
Top with your last ice cream scoop and another 2 tablespoons of syrup.
Garnish with whipped cream, popcorn, and cherries. Serve.
