Ingredients

butter, for spreading

1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

8 slices bread

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 slices Swiss cheese

olive oil

Preparation

Garnish 4 slices of bread with a slice of each type of cheese and a sprinkle of thyme.

Cover with the remaining slices of bread.

Spread butter onto the outside of each sandwich.

Heat a little bit of butter and oil in a pan.

Grill sandwiches on each side until they are well golden and the cheese has melted.
