Round tortilla chips, as needed

1 can refried beans

1 large tomato, chopped

1 can olives, chopped

1 yellow onion

Cheese, shredded; optional, as desired

First, preheat the oven to 315 degrees. Prepare 1 or 2 baking sheets.

Put the tortilla chips on the baking sheets and place a dollop of beans on each tortilla chip.

Place the onions, tomatoes, and olives on each chip. Add the cheese last if using.

Put the baking sheets in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Serve.
