Ingredients

1 oz olive oil

1 white wine

1 tbsp garlic, chopped

1 tsp fresh basil

1/4 cup seasoned plum tomatoes, create by mixing chopped fresh Roma tomatoes, basil, oregano, and garlic butter

12 oz cooked pasta

4 oz cooked shrimp, with the tail removed

5 oz scampi butter sauce, create by mixing seafood stock, butter, lemon, basil, garlic and onion

Preparation

Place a sauté pan over medium heat and add in olive oil and garlic. Make sure not to brown them.

Add in plum tomatoes, shrimp, and basil. Sauté them and toss.

Add in scampi sauce and bring it to a simmer. Then add in well-drained pasta and mix well.
