Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp vinegar
¾ cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups water
Preparation
Stir the entire mixture and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
Frost as desired or dust with powdered sugar.
