A recipe that was created unintentionally.

This recipe was created when enjoying leftovers for dinner one night. I had reheated some Sweet Potato Hash to serve along with a piece of grilled chicken. On my plate, I doled a spoonful of Primal Kitchen’s Chipotle Lime Mayo to use as dip for the chicken. The ever so flavorful mayo met up with the Sweet Potato Hash on my plate and lo and behold, it was delicious. As a result, this scrumptious, Whole30-friendly Warm Chipotle Lime Sweet Potato Salad was born. It’s a salad with a little kick and perfect to enjoy during the colder months. And to top it off, it can be made all in one skillet!

Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime Mayo isn’t just any mayo.

You have likely come to the conclusion that we’re pretty big fans of Primal Kitchen products. We love that the ingredients used in all of their products are of highest quality. We especially appreciate that the use of anti-inflammatory avocado oil in the mayo, dressings and vinaigrettes replaces inflammatory oils that are often found in similar products. In addition, we’re also continuously impressed with the people behind this company founded by Mark Sisson of Marks Daily Apple. They’re genuine, their passionate and they truly care. Product used in this recipe: Chipotle Lime Mayo No Chipotle Mayo on hand? No problem! I’ve also included a homemade option in the recipe below.
